Udupi Palace, rated one of the top 50 restaurants by DC's City Paper in June 2009, has moved, and are temporarily merging thier kitchen with their sister restaurant - Tiffin Indian Kitchen. Used to receiving accolades, Udupi specializes in moderately-priced South Indian vegetarian cuisine, including fresh, fragrant vegetables, curries, soups, dosai and breads. During the transition period, the Tiffin menu will be expanded to include many favorite Udupi offerings and the buffet has also been increased in size.
