If your new business involves any of the following occupations and professions-- professional sports, barbers, cemetery oversight, cosmetologists, elevator safety, stationary engineers, foresters, HVACR, sports agents, architects, landscape architects, home improvement contractors, master electricians, pilots, plumbing, public accountancy, real estate commission, real estate appraisers, home inspectors, secondhand metals and precious objects, pawn show dealers, certified interior designers, and land surveyors, you will need to comply with the regulatations established by the Maryland Division of Occupational & Professional Licensing.
